Graham Duncan
Executive Chef, Sala – Sabor de Mexico


After cultivating 15 years of culinary expertise and management skills, Executive Chef Graham Duncan now brings his skills to Fifth Group Restaurants’ Sala – Sabor de Mexico. Proficient at developing creative menus for Atlanta’s top restaurant teams and well versed in a variety of cuisines, Duncan has taken on the “taste of Mexico” with gusto
.
Duncan worked most recently as sous chef for Fifth Group’s catering division, Bold American Catering (BAC). He came to BAC after spending seven years with Atlanta’s Great Hospitality Restaurant group, where he worked his way up to executive chef at Pleasant Peasant and then City Grill. After beginning his career in Florida, Duncan moved to Atlanta to serve as sous chef at Azalea before establishing Food Fetish Catering/Eating In Personal Chef Service in 1996, where he served as chef and owner of the company.

Duncan received a degree in culinary arts from the Florida Culinary Institute in West Palm Beach. Adding to his list of culinary achievements, Duncan also gained a certificate of recognition from the French Pastry School in Chicago and earned his nutrition certification from the American Culinary Federation.
