| Executive Chef Gerardo Ramos Michoacan, Mexico native Gerardo Ramos brings his talent and passion for Latin cuisine to Mitra. For the past 11 years he has worked in some of the finest restaurants in the Atlanta area. He spent 5 years with the Buckhead Life restaurant group at Pricci and Veni Vidi Vici, and 4 years as the Sous Chef at Sias in Duluth. Not one to hide in the kitchen, Ramos enjoys extending his talents into the Atlanta community. He participates in various events with nonprofit organizations such as: Share Our Strength, The Best of Atlanta, Meals on Wheels, Project Open Hand, and fundraising for The James Beard House.
